What about the bathroom and kitchen?
In addition, as standard you will share a large bathroom with bath and shower (with no more than 2 people). Two rooms have ensuites and with power showers. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water(2 of the showers are electric heated).
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and hob, washing machine, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, and plenty of cupboard and storage space. . We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

What if I don't like the decoration/colour? We will change it no problem at no cost to yourself. We have plenty of other colours and decorative pieces to choose from. We want you to be happy in your new home so anything you want please just ask.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, which we deposit with the Deposit Protection Service to ensure your deposit is safe. We are happy to accept this over a few months. When you leave the property as you found it with no outstanding rent or costs, your deposit will be refunded.

How much do I pay to move in?
We just need at least 50% of your deposit and 4 weeks rent in advance then you can choose to pay either weekly or monthly in advance going forwards.
