Hi, we have 2 bright, comfortable rooms available immediately in our lovely, spacious shared bungalow in Allostock, half way between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel. Both rooms are fully furnished.

As all bills and amenities are included in the rent - gas, electricity, services, council tax, broadband and gardening - the accommodation is excellent value for money.

Our house is very popular with Barclays employees because we're conveniently located for Radbroke Hall, but we're equally happy for enquiries from any young professional looking to live in a friendly, peaceful household:

The facilities are excellent and include a large communal lounge, well equipped dining kitchen, two bathrooms, three toilets, large gardens and plenty of parking space. There are picturesque country pubs and lovely countryside nearby and a wide range of shops and amenities in Knutsford and Holmes Chapel.

Weekly cleaning service is extra and provided at a cost of £5 per week paid locally.

We are a private landlord and pride ourself on our excellent relationship with our tenants. There are no hidden charges.
