All properties are fully furnished and ready to move in, and are professionally cleaned every week.

This property has undergone a full renovation to provide a higher quality home away from home.

We have 4 double rooms available on an individual or joint basis ready from 1st November 2021. Room rates start from £95pppw

The Accommodation

Your room will be fully furnished and provide a double bed, wardrobe, seating area, wall mirror

Our fully fitted kitchen comes with all appliances including a electric hob and cooker, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster - with allocated unit space.

Our chilled lounge area provides a large cosy seating area with mounted TV

Or use the pool table in the games room to unwind after a days work

There are 2 bathrooms between 4 so no hanging around to use the shower on a morning!

All bills are included, including fast speed broadband.
