This is a rare opportunity as I will be away most of the year so you would have the house to yourself during those times.

Double room to rent in spacious 3 bedroom house (I am the only other person living in the house) The property is located in the Ashbury area of Bangor.

All bills are included in the monthly rent i. e. heating, electricity, TV licence, unlimited high speed broadband and unlimited TV channels.

The house benefits from a large modern bathroom with amazing power shower and a spacious modern kitchen/dining area with lots of cupboard space. All appliances are available for you to use.

A security deposit of £500 will have to be paid with the first months rent of £500.. security deposit will be returned upon departure so long as the house is looked after.

No couples, no families, no pets, sorry.

No contract but I am looking for someone who plans on staying for a good few months I'm not interested in very short term leasing of the room

I can't always answer the phone due to work please send a text message if this is the case.

If you like, you can have Molly my 11 year old cocker spaniel stay with you while I'm away, if not that's no problem she can be looked after elsewhere :)
