I live in the house and my daughter stays from time to time.
I have a female tenant on the third floor and a further room for rent alongside. There are facilities upstairs for convenience - kettle, microwave, toaster & Fridge/freezer. However, kitchen is of course for shared use.
All bills are included. Large garden.
I have a dog & a cat. Both are very happy for company if you are!
