We're offering out our spare single room to a student / professional in exchange for babysitting 2/3 times per week.
We are a family of four, with two older children (both secondary school). The house is very large, clean, modern, with plenty of parking.
We have a cleaner, but would expect any tenant to be clean and tidy. The tenant would have use of the family bathroom which is used by only the two children.
