One Bedroom available in house share for a student or someone on placement. The room is for a single occupancy. Past guests have come from France, Germany, Russia, Belarus, Spain, Portugal,, Sardinia, Italy, Poland, Norway and the Republic of Ireland.
The house is fully furnished and includes a utility room with clothes line and tumble dryer for wet weather drying. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Central heating gas, electricity, broadband, bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils are all provided and included in the rent. There is no contract to sign unless one is asked for and no deposit to pay and 2 weeks rent in advance is all that is required. The location of the house can be found on the map in the add. A 5 minute walk to local shops, 25 minute walk to University of Ulster Magee campus and the city centre. There are several push bicycles+safety helmets for your use to explore the City. A comfortable home with enough space to enjoy living there or to study. This is not a party house.
