Room2 - Double with En Suite @ £500 per month
Room3 - Double with own bathroom @ £500 per month
Room4 - Single with own bathroom @ 450 per month

So EACH room has access to its own bathroom, so no sharing with other tenants!

And don't forget, ALL OTHER BILLS INCLUDED, as well a FIBRE BROADBAND!!!

The property is a two storey house, just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Fully refurbished from top to bottom, you will be the first people to rent this room and sleep in the beds!

All rooms will come with a new bed with a high quality mattress, wardrobe & drawers and TV point. Have i mentioned that all bills, furniture and super fast WIFI is included in the rent

To move in we would require 1 months rent upfront along with a £200 deposit. The deposit would be held in a government approved tenant deposit scheme and NOT by ourselves.
