I have a large double room with built in storage in a bright and quiet detached house in Whaley Bridge. Lots of natural light, views over Toddbrook Reservoir, large patio and garden, quiet cul-de-sac location. All bills are included in the rent. I have two very friendly and affectionate cats. Pet friendly household (cats not dogs!) There is no furniture in your room but rest of the house is fully furnished. Plenty of storage, inside and out (shed).
Rent is 400 for single, 550 for couples ( plus bills)
I am a music therapist and musician. I spend most of my free time out in the Derbyshire hills, at the gym, practising music or socialising with friends. I am pretty chill and get along with most people but am also needing of my quiet time. Looking for a friendly and self-sufficient roomie who is house trained, considerate and likes cats!
