Double Room To Let

two double rooms available with shared bath/shower room. I would prefer to let just one room but am happy to consider both if its for work colleagues. Can be furnished or unfurnished. both have lovely views - one out over the front onto the moors, the other into the back garden and woods. Both are doubles and have a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a parking area at the front of the house. I have a large sitting room with a wood burner which is so cosy on cold nights. I have a separate music room with piano and guitars and would be delighted for these to be used!
We have a large decked area at the front which is fab on sunny days and evenings and the garden at the back leads into the woods. It’s rather overgrown but we have hedgehogs so it’s staying like that! You can walk for miles through the woods up to the reservoirs - it’s beautiful. We get so many birds coming to the feeding area and often see deer and fox in the woods. If you like wildlife you will love it here! I live in the property and my partner is here occasionally but works overseas so its rare that he is here. I have two dogs so a love of those is essential. I also keep chickens in the front paddock. I work full time - shifts which include some weekends and late nights so you would often have the place to yourself. (dogs for company!) You would need your own transport here as there is not much of a bus service. I have no problem with friends/family staying over and have two other bedrooms you are welcome to use.
Its a beautiful area to live in if you like a quiet life! Bovey has a good selection of shops and an open air swimming pool. Come and have a look! Carolyn
