THE RENTAL
This is a Monday-Friday rental: Monday morning to Friday evening. Sunday night negotiable upon enquiry. You are welcome to leave belongings in your room, the main bathroom and shared living space over friday night and the weekend.
This is a single room let and would suit a quiet, tidy, non-smoker.
I am often awake early either for work or university studies and favour a peaceful nights sleep! :)

THE PRICE
Rent is to be paid a month in advance and includes all utilities, council tax, broadband and TV licence. Off street parking is also available upon request. A deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required. Rent is £400 per month with parking, £350 without

THE APARTMENT
The flat is fully furnished and including a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom features a shower-bath with a thermostatically controlled shower above.
An entry phone is fitted and outside there is a bicycle store, communal green space and bin store.

Across the road from the RD&E and Wonford Hospital’s.
Well positioned for Devon & Cornwall Police HQ, the Met Office, Sowton Industrial Estate, EDF, South West Water, M5 and Exeter Airport.
A bus service runs outside the front gate.
Local amenities include Co-Op, LIDL, Waitrose, GP surgery, post office and pharmacies.
