Cost is fully inclusive of all bills including wifi. 3 bed house share with 2 young(ish!) professionals, who are pretty outdoorsy, like their sport and tidy. The bedroom available is a double room which has a wardrobe, shelves and wooden floors. Outgoing housemate might sell the bed but I often find people want to bring their own. The house also has: 2 bathrooms, washing machine, microwave, range cooker. Residential parking available outside on a quiet, no through road. House is super near to the Quay - perfect for a jog/beer in the sun, and about a 5 minute walk into town. St Leonards is a lovely area to live in and you have some awesome pubs, like Topsham Brewery (with its pizza van) super close by.
One of the housemates (me, 37) will be out half of the time as I work in the South East, so will only be back in school holidays and not for the whole time so you'll have a 3 bed house between you and Rosie.
No long term contract necessarily required but 6 months minimum is preferred.
