Double Bedroom In House Share

Hi there, thanks for looking, I have a small furnished double bedroom coming up in the middle of February in my house share in the Brixington area of Exmouth. It’s in close proximity to local amenities such as Tesco express and the farmhouse pub. The house is on Langstone drive and amongst other things has a lovely big garden with panoramic views of the estuary and plenty of parking on the road. I work mon-Fri 8-5 and currently share the house with three other people. I’m really looking for like minded tenants to share with, clean, tidy, respectful and fairly quiet, the room is located on the first floor and the main bathroom is shared between it and one other person. The house has three bathrooms in total and two kitchens so plenty of amenities for everyone. There is also a shower and toilet (pictured) which is used by everyone as a downstairs loo and a new kitchen shared amongst my lodgers with its own washing machine.
Smoking is not permitted in the house but outside in the garden is fine. We have a very very very friendly two year old golden retriever puppy/giant who will bring you presents if he deems you worthy!
The house is super friendly and chilled, everyone gets along and mucks in with the daily/weekly chores and works full time usual hours.
