Room 2 taken. Double bedroom fully furnished with king-size bed, wardrobe, cupboard and dressing table.

Short term lets of between 1 and 3 months considered, but with £20 per week rent surcharge.

Quiet position within easy reach of public transport and easy (and free) parking on road or driveway. Shop/ post office 10 minute walk away. Excellent access to A38, Plymouth only 20 mins by car and Derriford 17 mins. Come and enjoy life on the edge of Dartmoor and 20 mins drive from some of the best beaches in Europe.

Ideal home for quiet friendly person. Non smokers preferred, but smoking outside only is permitted. No heavy drinkers or regular party goers.
