The town centre and train station are a 7-10 minute walk. The house is adjacent to the countryside and is surrounded by woodland and fields. No noise or fumes from traffic, so its quiet and peaceful and the air is clean. Driveway car parking as well as unrestricted quiet road parking.

The layout of the house is over three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with a balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the town and countryside and Dartmoor National Park. New rear patio area.

The house has unlimited WiFi. Large flatscreen TV, 6 seat dining table and two Italian soft leather luxurious sofas. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, dual fuel oven, 3 x fridge freezers and gas central heating.

This is a clean, quiet house in relaxed surroundings to share with professional people, who are looking for someone similar to fit in nicely. The other residents are friendly & sociable so its a great house to meet people. This is not a loud party house.
