Double rooms available from July 2021 which we like to think of as your home away from home which is safe, warm and friendly with NO FEES, NO DEPOSIT OR HIDDEN CHARGES and all bills included including Tv License and high speed virgin media 200mb broadband.

Because we only own one property to us you are a name and not just a number in an agent’s multi-property portfolio.
I will answer all tenants emails/texts within a max of 12hrs (I need to sleep sometimes) and ensure if there is a problem it is fixed as quick as physically possible. Plus you will have our mobile and landline home phone numbers in an emergency. Current students are willing to confirm that we address all issues as soon as possible.

The house has 6 bedrooms and we have 5 double bedroom available from summer 2021 in a very well maintained house that needs to be seen to realise what a warm, cosy and safe house it is on a very quiet street approx 5-10 min walk to Uni (easy return if you have split lectures), city centre and train station.

All windows have new double glazing. New carpets in all bedrooms.
Rent for the 4 large double room at £85pw, smaller double at £80pw.

Bathroom powerful thermostatic shower and toilet, 2nd shower in separate shower room and separate downstairs toilet.
