Situated in a homely 3 bed house in the highly sought after Peverell area. Features include a beautiful through lounge and dining room, south facing garden with decking, cottage style kitchen and a large bathroom. Easy going live in landlord takes the loft conversion and 2 double rooms are for lodgers are on the first floor. A pleasant lady in the IT profession and a timid rescue cat lives in one room.

The house vibe is the most important thing for me, so I'm looking for considerate, low maintenance lodgers who will treat the property with respect. Ideally professionals who have shared houses successfully in the past and are looking for long term accommodation. Sorry no DSS or young students.

Previous housemates have worked in teaching, IT, for the environmental agency, physiotherapy and in general practice.

I'm in the medical field and work flexible day time hours. Evenings I'm usually out doing activities or in catching up with Game of Thrones/Rick and Morty/UFC. Weekends add food/drink/adventuring. I'm easy to live with and sort house related things out quickly.
