House share plympton

Double Room / house share in 3 bed house in plympton available from jan 1st, in quiet house and road, in a quiet safe area 10 mins walk from the town centre. (Pics to follow shortly)
normally parking is fine right out side the house but can fit 2 cars on the drive also and the bus stops 2 mins walk away.

Sharing with busy professional male and a rescue labrador so must love dogs.

Facilities include Washing machine dishwasher and tumble dryer Internet and Netflix etc

Looking to share with trustworthy respectful genuine person, thats easy going ideally. Im about to start redecorating the spare room change the furniture and put a telly on the wall also. Im happy to put a yale lock on the spare bedroom door if required.
Outside space theres a patio decked area that's a sun trap in the summer, and a park 2 mins walk from the house, also limited space in the garage as I've got a 2nd freezer tumble dryer and weight bench and squat rack in there, but enough for a pushbike and some small items.
I can make space in the loft if required also.
I work 8 - 5 Monday to Friday and the working week is pretty busy for me, I've got no objections to guests coming over as long as myself the dog the house and the neighbours are respected.
