Newly refurbished shared house two minutes from Torquay town center and five minutes walk to the sea front. The property has recently had a new kitchen, been redecorated with neutral decor, new carpets in most rooms and communal areas. double glazing throughout, gas central heating and a gas cooker. There is garden to the rear, with a decked area to follow shortly. There are two washer/dryer machines, we clean the communal areas twice a week and provide cleaning equipment bins bags, washing up liquid and toilet rolls etc. The rooms are part furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of draws, all the other house mates are friendly and working. The following bills are included in the rent, water rates, council tax, unlimited broadband, electricity and gas. We require four weeks rent as a deposit and one months rent in advance. Sorry we don't accept pets. The room currently advertised does have a relatively small window but is if a good size.
We manage the property ourselves so there are no agency fees and the referencing process is usually very quick.
