Double room for rent in the yealmpton area

I have two rooms available in my semi detached house at Collaton park.. I’m ideally looking for someone as laid back as I am to move in, I’m am very easy going and will probably be out the way 90% of the time especially during summer. dogs are more than welcome. There’s plenty of parking, 2 private spaces plus 10 communal spaces. And a small garden to chill in in the summer

The master bedroom is spacious with a kingsize bed and the clothes in the pictures will obviously be moved haha I don’t mind you putting your own spin decorating the room, permanent decorating choices will need to be discussed though

The spare bedroom is slightly smaller with a double bed and still has plenty of storage same rules apply a the master bedroom

I will be staying in the box room, as I don’t plan on spending much time in the house

Bath room, living room, kitchen and dining room are all to be shared, and plenty of space for extra fridges, freezers etc if you like to keep stuff separate
