My current flatmate will be moving up to London to be with her boyfriend and I am looking for a new roomie! I have been really lucky as to become good friends with my previous two lodgers, and would love to find this again. I like to think of myself as being sociable, friendly and considerate with a positive outlook - and would love to find someone similar or who I can gel well with :)
The flat is nicely decorated and maintained and is half way between Bournemouth town centre and Westbourne - perfect for shopping, restaurants, going out and transport links. The beach is also roughly a 10 minute walk away (middle chine).
There is one allocated parking space which with previous flatmates we have shared as there is also free on road parking in the area.
I am asking for £650 per month which will include all bills. I also have one cat (Garfield) who is very friendly and loves a cuddle - but because of this I can't allow anyone with pets as he's not a fan of other cats or dogs.
