Hello, we are a professional couple who are both outgoing and laid back, we are looking for one lodger. We are based near Sherborne. Roughly 15 mins from Yeovil and 25 mins from Dorchester. The house is smart enhanced with nest central heating.
Ample parking.
Double room is large with a kingsize bed, (fully furnished), with own smart TV (with free Netflix and access to prime etc and Bluetooth headphones), parking space and shared bathroom. With one other person.
Large mirror in bedroom, wardrobe and side table.

Internet:
Wireless Internet is fast at 70-90 Mbs.

Shared space:
You will have access to a large garden with a firepit.
Garage space if storage is needed.
A large kitchen with pantry (toaster, juicer, kettle, SodaStream, blender, George Foreman grill and microwave and more).

Washing machine, dryer and large freezer and fridge.
All pots, pans, plates and cutlery catered for.

Please note we have two cats, for those who are allergic, however, they reside outside living areas and never upstairs.

ONLY CONDITIONS: Always clean up after yourself. Use and purchase your own soap, washing up tools, toilet paper etc.
