Flat-screen TV and wifi. En-suite shower room and use of adjoining snug equipped with microwave, basin, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron etc.. The rooms are down a passage which makes them very private.

A former Sawday's B&B, the farmhouse is down a long farm track in an area of outstanding natural beauty, far from the sound of traffic. Its 3.5 acres are surrounded by fields and woodland giving direct access onto a network of footpaths. Toller Porcorum and Powerstock 2 miles, Maiden Newton 4 miles, Beaminster 5.6 miles, Bridport 8 miles, Dorchester 13 miles.

Use of part of the garden by arrangement. Occasional use of rooms at weekend also by arrangement.

We are looking for a quiet, country-loving tenant, contented with limited cooking facilities in exchange for idyllic surroundings. While this will not be what everyone needs, those who stay with us often remain a long time. Our previous tenant came for 6 months and stayed nearly 3 years, and an earlier one stayed for over 5 years.
