Tired of an untidy house or arguing over the chores, then move to my house where the chores are taken care of because the house is cleaned several times a week. Though you still have to clean up after yourself/ves.

I have a newly redecorated large quiet double room with plenty of storage space, tv with Sky+ HD, Sky Entertainment Extra total package, Sky Unlimited faster Wifi broadband and free calls to local and long distance UK normal land line calls up to 50 minutes in length per call.

The house has two bath/shower rooms, a fully newly fitted galley kitchen with eye-level electric oven, micro wave oven, gas hob, dish washer, washing machine and spin dryer. There is a breakfast room and small patio garden.

The house is well maintained and kept in good order.

We are looking for people with jobs who are responsible and pleasant company.

This room is very suitable to a couple with easy access to both sides of the bed and a large double wardrobe. Please note that a couple will have to pay £55 extra a month.
