We are good mates (1F + 2M) who have known each other since we moved to Brighton around 2 years ago. We are professionals working in full time jobs. Our friends would describe us as easy-going people, friendly and sociable. We would like to create a family-like home, rather than just a shared accommodation. We are mainly looking for a femal occupant to maintain balance in the household. :)

By the end of may, we will have a double room available in a modern, light and sunny house in a quiet and yet central street just off Elm Grove. The property is fully furnished incl. washing machine, central heating, oven, and gas stove. The bedroom comes with a queen double bed, mattress, a large chest of drawers and a bedside table. The house offers 1 Living and 1 seperate dining room as well as a spacious kitchen. There is one bathroom/toilet upstairs and a seperate second toilet downstairs. Furthermore, all Bills included + no agency fees, so no surprises!

Parking outside on the street is available with permits. Fastest available 300k broadband internet included. The house has a good energy rating with double-glazed windows. There is also a lovely garden/patio area to rest and relax over peaceful afterwork drinks.

Brighton centre is just a 20 minutes walk away and American Express is a stone throw away with a walking distance of 15min. Access for walks and cycle rides in a park nearby. There is also excellent public transport with many bus stops in the area.
