Hidden Gem in the Centre of Brighton

Full time professional and cat would like to find another person to share our little house in the centre of Brighton. Tucked away just off Queens road is a small cosy house sandwiched between two gardens, our little house seems out of place within the busy city, and with a five to ten-minute walk to the beach, the north lanes and Brighton Train station, you can't get more central!

With the property being in the middle of the city this house probably wouldn't be suitable for anyone who drives. There is parking but it is limited to permit and the waiting list for this zone is currently up to eighteen months.

Our living room is small but cosy, leading into the Kitchen and Dining room which I have turned into a small craft area. This then leads on to the small patio garden at the back of the house. Upstairs there are two bedrooms linked by a Jack and Jill bathroom, your bedroom being the largest. Big enough to fit a double bed, dresser, bookcase and desk, with two double built-in wardrobes and a small cupboard. So plenty of storage!

As I said at the beginning this property I do have a cat, and with the perk of having a front and back garden, this property would be great for anyone who has cats.

With my current housemate moving out at the end of March, the room is available from the end of March and all paperwork and deposits (Which will be 6 weeks rent) will need to be organised via the letting agent Sparks and Sons.
