The room is unfurnished and is of a good size; it easily fits a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk.

The house is a 4 bed house, split over 3 floors with a garden in a quiet road just off 7 dials. It’s a 2 minute walk to the dials roundabout so there are plenty of local shops for daily shopping. If your commuting Brighton station is a 10 minute walk away; Churchill square and Hove are also both only a 15 minute walk way.

Rent is £425 per month and its through an agency. The actual landlady only lives across the road and is easy to contact if anything goes wrong with the house. I've been with the same agency for 10 years as a tenant, they have been fine to deal with.

The bills come to around £120 per month (on top of the rent), that covers electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed 100mbs broadband

Current housemates are 1 man and 2 women all hovering around 40 years old.

There is no waiting list for parking permits
