Single room in a large house (great location!)

Hello!

Myself and Will are looking for a new housemate to replace Laura who is sadly leaving us for a new place. We live in a lovely, spacious house with a calm environment which we like to treat as a 'home' rather than somewhere just to rent.

ABOUT US:
– I’m a 32-year-old freelance photographer from Chile who has lived here for 3 years.
– Will is a 32-year-old freelance copywriter from Brighton, who has been living here for 2 years.

We’re both easy-going people. We’ll frequently head to one of the many coffee shops in the area when we’re both free with a bit of time to kill. Feel free to join us 80)

Were both full-time freelancers so we do spend a lot of time working at home (in our rooms usually, we don’t take over the lounge all day!).

We’re looking for someone who is easy to get along with, tidy’s up after themselves, and likes to be social too. (We have a large garden which makes for a great summer!)

As a house, we share chores equally and pay £120 a month into a shared account for all household bills and items. There is also permit street parking available with no waiting list and we are just 8-10 minute walk from Hove Station and a Tesco Metro and 15-minute walk to the seafront. Hove town centre is 10 minutes.

The room is a single room, but it can fit in a small 4-foot double bed. We are taking pictures this week, so we will upload them as soon as we can.

Please be aware you will have to go through references with our letting agency during the process.

– Rent: £483 per month
– Bills: £100 per month (WIll and I pay £120 each as we work at home)
