We would like somebody clean and tidy and ideally happy to hang out sometimes and maybe even get stuck in with some communal cooking. If you like nature trekking that is a bonus but not essential.
Sadly the landlord doesn't allow pets but I’m 99% certain there’s a squirrel that lives on the roof.
