We are looking for a new, friendly flatmate to share our lovely flat close to Hove Station. Our current flatmate is due to move early October, with the room being available to move into on the weekend of 9/10 October 2021, so we're advertising early to find the right person.
The room available is a double and will be unfurnished but there’s comfortably room for a double bed and a desk, wardrobe etc. as you can see from the photos.
The rent is £605.50 pcm, and this is inclusive of all the bills; Virgin TV, fast broadband, electricity, Council Tax, TV licence and water rates. The deposit is £315. You'll be sharing the 3-bed flat with two professionals (one male, one female). Sorry, no couples
We're both easy going, friendly and social. We generally like doing our own thing but enjoy living together and hanging out; watching a film, ordering a takeaway. We're looking for someone similar, who's LGBT+ friendly to share the space with us. We both work Monday-Friday (both currently WFH, with one in a Covid-secure office for a few days a week) and prefer peace and quiet over partying (though we're definitely not recluses either!) The flat is non-smoking indoors.
We've been very respectful of each other's safety and boundaries during Covid and are looking for a flatmate who is on the same page about this as we go into autumn / winter.
The flat is in a purpose-built block, with good sized rooms. We also have two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bath) which is great.
We’re in a brilliant location, just 2 minutes to Hove station and a short walk to Brighton station, with a 24/7 bus route outside. We're also close to George Street shops, Tesco etc. and the seafront and all of the local amenities.
