Hi! I have a double en-suite available from beginning of August in the Hythe area. I would prefer a female postgraduate student to move in, but open to professionals and undergrads as well. You need to be able to keep it clean and be reasonably quiet as I work fulltime and want to relax when I get home. The room comes fully furnished and you have your own shower, while we share kitchen/living room.
