Sunny Double Room opposite field, close to town

Large double room overlooking abbey fields for a female professional only!

10/15 min walk into town, quiet street, parking, large garden and outdoor area, all bills included, 3 storey townhouse, sharing with me live in landlady and with new tenant Vic who will be moving in end of October. The room is on the first floor of a townhouse where you will be sharing a shower room with Vic. There is a bathroom upstairs which is also available to use if you fancy a bath.

This is a warm friendly home so am looking for like minded people to share my home with and to treat it with love and respect as I do love my house, I look after it and want it to be lovely. So I’m looking for clean and tidy people who I can trust to look after the house like it’s yours! I’m also very laid back and enjoy having a good time, movies and cocktail nights in front of the tv, dinners together etc :)

I work from home as I have my own property business but don’t have a set schedule so I am all over the place. I intend on travelling a lot from this December if all goes to plan. Vic works half in office and half from home.

And most importantly above all, must be ok with cats! I have a wonderful cat called Theo who likes to be fussed every now and again so you must like cats! But I would like someone who knows how cats work. He is an awesome cat, really friendly, doesn’t act up, doesn’t need much from me but is very friendly.
