This room is simply furnished with a comfortable single bed (double bed optional), wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk and chair; and its windows look out to countryside views. There’s a bath/shower room upstairs, and downstairs there’s a shower-room, washing machine and an open-plan kitchen and living-room. The sunny kitchen-dining room is shared. More photos on request.

Rent includes all utility bills and fast wifi; Council Tax to be discussed. No smoking indoors. Please note there's no TV licence unless you have your own (we watch Youtube, etc) .

It's generally quiet and peaceful here and we respect each other’s needs for working and sleeping undisturbed. You’d be sharing with only 1-2 other friendly, considerate professionals including myself: I’m an artist with interests in wildlife, biology and Spain.

Our house is at the edge of a village 3 miles west of Saffron Walden market town and Chesterford Research Park, 4 miles from Hinxton EMBL-EBI Campus, 3 miles from Audley End mainline station. Off-road parking and a bike shed are available.
