The room is extra large double room with en-suite and will be available to move in from Sunday 4th Feb 2024. Please message me if you are interested in renting it.

Carpeted with double bed, double wardrobe with bed side cabinet. 2 seater and computer desk. There is a kettle in the bedroom and a mini fridge for milk or cold drinks.

Lots of space so good for a single person (female preferred) (£800) or couple sharing (£900). There is a settee in the room. The room is central heated with lots of light and sunshine.

Use of back garden.. All bills are included.

There is a bus on the road which goes to Queens Hospital, Romford Town Centre and Romford Station. Chadwell High Road is 3-5 mins walk with bus routes and shops. Chadwell Heath Station (Elizabeth Line) is 10 mins walk or a bus ride with trains 20 mins to Liverpool Street.

Property has a large kitchen with use of double oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine. You can cook there and will be given space for your dishes and food storage. There is also a small fridge and a freezer draw you can use.

Prefer non smokers. We prefer people who are working professionals.
