The Housemates: We prefer professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 6 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 6 people will occupy the house at any one time.

The Landlord: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges. We ask for 1 months’ rent upfront and 1 months’ rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure and well-maintained.
