Lodgings in country family home

I live in a 3 bedroom house in the countryside, 12 miles from St Andrews, 6 miles from Dundee, 5 miles from Cupar, car essential due to very limited bus service. (Price reflects the fact you need a car) Very peaceful surroundings, lovely views.

Any lodger would have access to kitchen, shared bathroom, shared livingroom, parking close by, fibre broadband, minimum Sky package in livingroom, access to decking area/garden/washing lines. Friendly dog and cat in property though not allowed in any of the spare bedrooms.

House and garden slowly undergoing improvements but this should not affect your stay. Bedrooms recently redecorated and fairly new carpets. Bedroom contains a double bed and there is a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table With lamp, towel rail and chair. Bedding can be supplied but feel free to bring your own.

I like meeting new people and enjoy a cuppa, a chat and a good laugh. I do like my own space at times too. I'm not a huge fan of alcohol . I would expect any potential house mate to be clean, tidy and respectful towards my home and the people living in it.
Due to location of property a car is absolutely essential.
