25 year old Female looking for a room

Hi

I am a Teacher aged 25 looking for a double room in the Putney/Earlsfield/Clapham Junction/Balham area. I am available to move in from 30/03/2022 and have a budget of £850 including bills. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 24 and 32 years old.

I'm clean and tidy but I wont be going mad over a few left dishes in the sink. I am happy to buddy up and find somewhere or move in to a place already arranged. I am hoping to be friends as well as being flat mates like I have with my previous flat mates. I am pretty chilled but do enjoy socialising on an evening and weekends. I love a good Netflix/TV series, takeaways, brunch, going out on weekends. I’m very friendly and sociable but do appreciate time to myself on occasion. I’m quite active but enjoy going out for food and drinks or staying in to do the same.
