Seeking Double Room in existing house/buddy up

Hi, I am a self employed professional looking for a double room large enough to have a desk in as I work from home. Ideally looking in Clapham Common but open to surrounding areas with a budget of £700 all in.

I'm really easy going so not too picky on the house itself but I want to live with sociable flatmates so must have a living room. I'd also be interested in buddying up and finding a whole flat.

I'm a big lover of food and a good pint so I want to live with people who are up for a pub sesh. I'm keen on going to the gym and I do judo, BJJ and Muay Thai but haven't been able to for the past year or so for obvious reasons! I've played rugby most of my life as well so always keen for a game of touch.
