A newly married young couple looking for a room

We, Monika and David, are a newly married couple, both 28 years old, looking for a 1 bedroom flat in East London.

Our budget is 1300 inc max for a double room with separate bath in a shared flat.

Ideal location: Shoreditch, Hoxton, Haggerston, London Fields, Lower Clapton, Hackney, Highbury and Islington, Angel, East Village, Stoke Newington.

We would be happy to share as well if the flat is spacious and we'd have out own bathroom and build in wardrobe. Would share with max other 2 people.

Some storage is a big plus.

We are both very easy going, respectful, tidy (we love the shared area to be comfortable for all to share) and career focused. We have been together for 9 years, living in UK for 3.5 years.

Monika works in fashion casting and is often travelling abroad. She is interested in old school film and music, travelling, healthy lifestyle. David works with fine wine, he also shares similar interests + the culture of wine of course. We work long hours and love spending our weekends outdoors so we'd like our new flat to feel cozy and homey. Monika is currently working from home going in and out for meetings etc.
