Clean and tidy single person seeking double room

Hello Spareroomers!

I am looking for a double-room in a 2 bed flat. Ideally, a 2 bed 2 bath would work, even if the room on offer is not ensuite. I love cooking, yoga and plants. So, an apartment with plenty of light and/ or balcony will be appreciated by these greenies.

In my free time I like to watch comedy, do improv, cook and listen to music. I am looking for a new place close to Elephant and Castle in a new build. I am a sociable introvert and do enjoy my hobbies from time to time.

Love animals, so if you have a pet and need a flatmate, I'd be super interested in hearing from you! (I dont have any pets and volunteer at a local farm to hang out with animals occassionally).
