22 male - Professional moving back up to Newcastle

I've recently secured a job back in ncl. I studied here as an undergraduate student a couple of years ago.

I was meant to be going abroad to do another ski season this year but with the added uncertainty of the tourism industry and the work role that I have been offered, I have called off the ski season.

I would conciser myself a sociable person who is easy going and I get on with most people.

I am looking for a room to rent in a house that is pretty sociable but also one where we respect each other's space and professions.

I love going to pub and nights out but would save it *mainly* for the weekend since I will be working full time hours during the week.

In the house I am clean, tidy and like to cook occasionally.

I have done the undergrad life and am looking for a place to live that is a little less hectic.

Outside of work I enjoy sports. Tennis, cycling, climbing, surfing, loads of stuff really...

I would be looking to move probably around Christmas/new year when the office reopens. My office is in the center of town above Fat Buddha at 55 degrees north. So something relatively central would be ideal.
