Hi everyone!

I am looking for my new home.

Property preferences:
- preferably unfurnished (I now live in a 1 bed flat and aim to bring some bits of furniture with me) I also would like for it to be reflective of our preferences
- bike storage
- A garden/large balcony/roof terrace

Areas: Hackney and Islington, not completely excluding Tower Hamlets. (N1, N16, N4, N5, N7, E2, E3, E8, E9, E5)

Availability: I'm staying at my friend's place so I'm flexible, but ideally by 10th June latest.

Here's a bit about me:

I am Gloria and originally from Florence. I have been in London for ~10 years where I've been working as project manager in environmental sustainability. Currently working from home returning to a hybrid solution soon.

In my free time I play volleyball with my team in Shoreditch, enjoy a ride or a walk along the canal, picnics at the park, bbqs, markets, exhibitions and anything new I am suggested. Week nights I'm quieter and can binge series or read.

As a flatmate you can expect maximum respect of your space and quiet, clean and tidy environment, but also a friendly person to share meals with and laugh. I will bring you ice cream when you're down and prosecco to celebrate :)

Buddy up information

If you're a clean and considerate person who wants to make your new place your home and you're looking for someone who can potentially be a friend please get in touch.

I appreciate me time and respect the others' but I'm also looking to find someone who'd enjoy a chat and having friends over.

You'd have to like plants cause I have many and be ok with a bike in the house, although I'm hoping we'll have a garden.

I don't have pets but I'm really good auntie, I sometimes dogsit for a friend and I love cats too.
