In this House we have 1 female and 1 male, both between the ages of 21 and 27 and both are students.

HOUSE LAYOUT
The house has 4 good sized double rooms and the kitchen and living area is open plan for a more modern feel. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street..

The house is located on Empress Road in L7 just a stone’s throw away from all of LJMU and Uni of Liverpool buildings. The royal hospital is also walkable in around 10 minutes (Depending how long your legs are). Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road) are two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 10 minutes.
Edge Hill train station is a 15-minute walk and has good links between town and towards Liverpool South Parkway

LOCAL AMENITIES
Lidl, Iceland and McDonalds are just a 10 minute walk away and with Kensington road only being a stones throw away, you will have plenty of Pubs, Takeaways and Convenience stores right on your doorstep!
The property is also close to Jubilee Sports Bank and the closest Gym is just a 15 minute walk away.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements.
