Hi, I have a large furnished double room available for rent in a new build 3 bed flat, 5 min walk to Brixton Village / Pop Brixton and 10 min walk to Brixton tube and Loughborough Junction Overground. Also only 10 min walk from Herne Hill and Brockwell Park.


The room: large double bedroom with king size bed, 2 x chest of drawers, and 2 wardrobes.

The flat: ground floor 3 bed flat totalling 1,100 sq ft
- large kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining room
- separate large living room with smart TV
- outside patio west facing so gets the sun in the afternoon
- utility room with washer dryer and room for bikes
- secure internal cycle storage in the building

You will be living with two males. They are sociable, tidy, easy going and work 9-5 jobs.

Rent is £950 pcm (£1050 for a couple) all inclusive of all bills including a fortnightly cleaner and fast BT fibre WiFi.
