30 second walk to Lower Sydenham station - 15 minutes direct to London Bridge, 25 minutes direct to Charing Cross, 30 mins to Canary Wharf (via Lewisham)

I have a large double room available as my previous flatmate moved away before the Covid crisis.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, clothes rail and wall-mounted flat screen TV.

There is a very large communal main bathroom, with bath, shower and heated towel rail. As I have a shower en-suite, the bathroom will largely be yours to enjoy unless we have guests.

The lounge is also large, with a modern sofa, record player and 4k TV.

The modern open-plan fitted kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, hob, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. There's plenty of storage space in the overhead cupboards and drawers.

The rent includes all bills and crazy fast 1GBps fibre wi-fi.

The flat is a new-build situated within a sleek development right next to Lower Sydenham station, There are fantastic links with London Bridge (15 minutes), Waterloo East (20 mins) and Charing Cross (25 mins).

Though the area isn't built up, there's a large retail park a 2 minute drive/15 minute walk away which includes a huge Sainsbury's megastore.

In terms of me, I'm a young professional working in the technology industry in the City. I'm the live-in landlord, so no agency fees or anything nasty like that!

I like to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and would like a similar commitment from a lodger. I'm open to sharing the costs of a regular cleaner.

My job is relatively demanding, and with the current situation my home working set-up means my office is the living room! I appreciate that a new flatmate will probably be in the same situation, so I'd be happy to provide a desk for the room if that was needed.

I'm particularly fond of a board game sesh once in a while (I have a very large collection!) so bonus points if you're a boardgame geek.

Would preferably like a social flatmate who doesn't mind a beer or a glass of wine now and again, but am very respectful of providing space - easy in such a large flat!
