Our mission is to help you live smarter. At Living Smart we make renting your new home and settling into a new area as easy as it possibly can be. When you move into a new home the focus should be on socialising with your new housemates and getting to know the area you live in, not who is responsible for bills and battling with agents and landlords that don?t take care of maintenance.

Living Smart house shares are fully furnished to the highest standards with all bills included, you will never have any awkward conversations or potential arguments about splitting bills. All of our properties have professional cleaners that visit every week to take care of the communal areas and your room if you wish. Where required we have gardeners so you can enjoy the outside space without having to worry about maintaining it.

You will become part of a community of carefully matched, professional, sociable people who are not only looking for a home but also a social network. We always try to arrange viewings so that potential new housemates meet existing members of our houses, it is important that everyone gets on and respects each other, we take this very seriously.

Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly by our maintenance team and we carry out regular maintenance inspections so we can spot potential issues before they affect you. We take a proactive approach in everything we do to ensure we offer the highest level of service possible.

Your house will include:

• All Bills (Including council tax)
• Large Smart TV
• Weekly cleaner for communal areas
• Gardener where required
• Fast broadband connection
• Full house Wifi coverage (we use repeaters where required)
• Fully furnished (including cutlery, glass and home wares)
• Mixture of male and female young professionals
• Close to great bars, restaurants and transport links

LIving Smart Guarantee:

We guarantee not to raise your rent for at least 3 years and we do not charge any fees. The initial contract period is 6 months and you then move onto a month to month periodic contract for as long as you would like to stay. You get complete flexibility and ultimate cost certainty on all of your accommodation expenses when you choose to live with Living Smart.
