Our Timmis Close property is ideally placed for someone wanting easy access to the Birchwood Science park or even closer by is the University of Chester Campus. This is also an ideal location for someone who works for one of the companies at the nearby Woolston Grange industrial estates (Kingsland Grange, Hardwick Grange etc)

Renovated last year, this property is well equipped with modern, good quality furniture. Rent is inclusive of all bills, wifi, and a regular cleaner.

We prefer long term tenancies, as this gives you certainty and allows us to get to know each other better, but equally, we realise that some people are looking for something shorter term, so please do feel free to approach us about shorter lets (3 months minimum please).
