Lovely Cosy upper cottage flat (with front and back garden) located in Kings Park, Southside. A nice convenient location, bus transport a 2 minute walk away and train station 10 minute walk. Asda and Aldi few minutes drive or 15 minute walk. Lots of shops and takeaways within a few minutes walking distance. Free parking also.
Bills are including share of rent , WiFi, gas and electric and council tax. Students welcome though price remains the same! Deposit £300, deposit to be paid to secure the room and the rent on the date of move-in.
Looking for a female roommate around the same age as me for my flat as my current flatmate is moving back home. Room comes furnished with everything in picture (apart from mirror) and clothes railings in the cupboard. The furniture of the bedroom & dining area in the video is old footage so this will not be here.
I’m easy going, love a laugh and love drinks and a night out but also like to chill and like my own space at times. Regularly go the gym and a big fan of good food! ☺️
