Hyndland House En-Suite Semester One 2022 Room

I have an ensuite room available in Hyndland House Halls, for the first semester only next academic session (Sep 22 - Dec 22/early Jan 23). Move in can be a little bit earlier too by arrangement with the landlord, please comment/message for info.

I'm going to be away on a placement for that semester.
Hence, I need someone to take the tenancy for the first semester. I will return for the second semester.

Cost is £139 per week. This includes all bills etc. Room is En-suite with shared kitchen.

The shared kitchen shown in the photos is the actual kitchen you will be using- it's on the 5th floor and has an incredible view!

The room comes with a 3/4 bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and a bookcase. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, with a shower unit. There is a shared kitchen which comes equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dining table and chairs. The room measurements are 13.5m sq including the bathroom. There is free wireless internet, a common room with a large TV as well as a pool table/table tennis.
