You will be living in a quiet but friendly, clean, well maintained, spacious house in a quiet residential area in Ashton, Preston. The house is managed by a local landlord with many years experience.

Fibre broadband, gas, electricity, water, council tax and weekly communal-area cleaning are all included in the rent.

The house benefits from 2 shared bathrooms (shared by 5 tenants), gas central-heating and a large utility room with washer and drier.

The house is conveniently situated 50 metres from bus route 68 into both Preston City Centre and to BAE Warton/Lytham. There is plenty of parking space directly outside.

Rent stated is for a 6-month contract. 3-month lets considered, for an additional £5/week.
